We are looking for an individual who can

Schedule New Patient Evaluations

Check In New Patients and Collect Pertinent Paperwork

Greet All Patients Like They Are VIPs!

Check-In / Out all Existing Patients

Insurance Benefits Check and Authorizations (If Applicable)

Collect Patient Payments

Schedule Patients Appointments Appropriately

Have A Lot Of Fun While Making A Difference In Someone's Life

Must be able to work Full-time MWTH 10-7pm, TF 8-5pm

Manage a team

Hire and onboard staff

Must Have: two to five years of physical therapy office or office manager experience; significant interest and passion for healthcare leadership and building a small business

English Speaking Preferred

Proven financial planning and financial management skills

Knowledge of legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance compliance

Ability to direct a team of medical receptionists while managing the demands of providing patient care duties.

Compassionate, excellent at customer service and working with patients.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks as required.

Skilled at financial planning, budgeting, and staff management.
