MOM'S PIZZA is a small business in San Diego. We are opening a 2nd location in Vista, CA. We are professional, agile, supportive and our goal is to to find the right candidate who loves making pizza. Ideal Candidate should posses the following skills and qualifications:

Love of pizza and pizza making.

Ability to design new pizzas.

Knowledge of hand stretching techniques

Must be organized and have a clean station at all times.

Prep skills

Able to handle large orders during rush hours.

Must be available nights and weekends and be able to work 5-6 days.

Must be a team player.

Job Description:

Pizza cook/chef will be responsible for opening, closing, making pizzas quickly without compromising quality, help prepare dough, sauce, Toppings, boxes, and anything else that is needed to run a smooth and clean station. Having true love for pizza and ability to add new Pizzas is a PLUS+PLUS. Additionally, the candidate will have a full knowledge of inventory levels and ordering, accepting deliveries and Stocking inventory on daily basis. Maintaining all equipment and adhering to daily, weekly, monthly maintenance and cleaning schedule.

Communicating with the management on regular basis about kitchen issues and quality control.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
