Requirements

Clean DMV driving record

Pass drug test

Ability to carry 50 lbs

Qualifications

Minimum of 4-5 years HVAC project management experience

Experience with project estimation in plan-spec and design build

Have excellent communication skills

Show strong aptitude working both individually and with a team

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage task priorities

Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Bluebeam

Engineer/P.E. preferred

Responsibilities

Estimate projects and change orders

Develop and track project schedules

Manage equipment suppliers and subcontractors

Inspect jobsites periodically for contract compliance, workmanship, safety

Communicate with customers

Manage and plan project milestones

Salary/Benefits
