Weekly Pay

Responsibilities include:

Process payments over the phone for car payments.

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

Contact clients to ask about their overdue payments

Take actions to encourage timely payments

Resolve billing and customer account issues

Update account status records/notes

NO PRIOR COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
