Fiamma Restaurants Maintenance Manager

Fiamma Burger and Fiamma Pizza are looking for an experienced "Swiss army knife" to maintain our three commercial spaces. The perfect candidate has experience in basic electrical, machines, HVAC/refrigeration, plumbing, and carpentry/paint. This position manages a small cleaning crew. This is a perfect fit for someone who likes to use a variety of different skills and wants out of the daily grind of the trades.

Responsibilities:

Oversee or preform all maintenance of businesses and buildings

Manage a small cleaning crew

Manage an inventory of parts

Keep and use a general maintenace schedule and log

Qualifications:

Attention to detail

Ability to source information or service locally or online

Basic communication - phone, text, email

Must be a team player

Ability to multitask and delegate efficiently

Ability to work with with a diverse staff of restaurant managers and ownership

This position is an on-site, full time job. Pay is hourly with a range of $32-$37 DOE. Benefits include company sponsored health insurance, cell phone stipend, paid vacation, paid sick leave and amazing discounts at both restaurants.
