We're looking for a Strategist, Marketing Operations - Salesforce to assist with the design, development, and implementation of digital marketing journeys. You'll work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to build audiences, as well as technically implement customer engagements across channels in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud CDP is a plus. This is a highly collaborative and extremely detail-oriented role, with enterprise responsibility and a focus on the Business-to-Customer (B2C) audience. You'll serve as an authority on digital marketing methodologies, testing strategies, and trends for the enterprise. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years related work experience.

Ability to configure, test, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the use and coordination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP).

Build customer segmentations using SQL.

Collaborate with peers on the Marketing Operations & Technology team using an agile marketing approach to solve problems and share information.

Consult and collaborate with marketers on omni-channel marketing strategies, executions, and optimizations.

Develop proofs-of-concept to validate solution feasibility. Design and document solutions to leverage automation, variable content, data-driven segmentation, and other sophisticated methods to achieve business goals.

Recommend new systems and outline workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency of the marketing organization.

Configure, test, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the use, and coordination, of marketing automation, survey, social, web, virtual event and digital asset management technologies.

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$77350 - $147600 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
