Part time -30 hours- with potential to become full time - Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm
Looking for the right individual to join our established, very busy office.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Bilingual - english and spanish
-Friendly/Upbeat and pleasant demeanor
-Excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
-Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
-Fast learner, and willingness to learn, as we will train the right individual
-1-2 years work experience in an office setting preferably
-Type 30+ words per minute
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast work enviroment.
-Ability to work well alongside management and other employees.
-High level of integrity- handling confidential information
-Must have own transportation and Drivers License -
-Professional office attire and demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone
-Assist clients with inquiries both over the phone and in person and provide information about our services, taking orders for services we provide, or transferring to the right team member.
-As with all positions working in a fast-paced environment, the right candidate will perform other duties that will be explained during interview
