Organic farm crew member

Black Cat Organic Farm is looking for a full-time, experienced farm crew member. Must have experience with farmers markets, vegetable cultivation, animal husbandry. The position is year-round and works in all types of weather. This position requires strong leadership and organizational abilities. Candidates must to have a grasp of general maintenance and repairs. Tractor and equipment experience is a plus.
