Hiring Craft Bartender or Bar Prep, Isla

Isla is a wood-fired seafood restaurant and cocktail bar run by Chef Brian Bornemann, Leena Culhane, and Shane Won Murphy. We seek to use the most sustainable and highest-quality local ingredients in our food and beverage programs.

Our bar is led by Kent Thompson (The Tasting Kitchen, Here's Looking at You), who is looking for a barback/trainee to start immediately. Both part-time and full-time options are possible, but we are just accepting one candidate who is looking to start growing their career behind the bar. 3 years of restaurant experience is required and 2 years of bartending experience is preferred.
