Rocklin based professional property management company is currently hiring for an Administrative Property Manager. The position is responsible for assisting two Property Managers with the day to day operations of their portfolios consisting of commercial office, owner associations and retail centers in the Sacramento region.

Position Title: Administrative Property Manager

Reports to: Managing Director of Commercial Division

Hours: Full Time

Compensation: DOE

Administrative Property Manager Requirements:

- Assist in asset oversight

- Tenant liaison

- Vendor service scheduling and follow up

- Service contract administration

- Lease administration

- Assist with client reporting

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Detail oriented and well organized

- Ability to problem solve independently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Property management experience preferred

- AppFolio experience preferred

- Valid California Driver's License and insurance

- Must pass pre-employment background and credit check
