Assemblers Mon-Fri: Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:30 pm - $20 per hour Swing Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm - $20 per hour Bilingual in Spanish is a mustsalary: $20 - $20.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Provides task leadership and technical expertise to the material handlers engaged in the timelyand accurate movement and control of inventory. Performs tasks such as physical material movement, counting, packaging, stock rotation, partidentification and shelf life determination. Facilitates the timely and accurate movement and control of inventory in designated area ofresponsibility. Balances personnel within area of responsibility to minimize possible constraints that wouldadversely affect scheduled output of material. Monitors quantity and quality output and leads the team to meet group goals. Monitors materialhandlers' performance by auditing transaction accuracy. Compiles data and generates reports as needed to illustrate the effectiveness of the processes.Identifies, documents and proposes solutions for processing problems. Works with planning to add operation and schedule rework orders in the appropriatedepartments. Visually inspects deliveries for loss or damage.The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 9 hours at one time

working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
