The role will serve as the workforce execution arm for the team, managing a variety of tasks related to the people aspects of the organization. This role will also work closely with the Org Change Management leader to ensure MTL's and other critical workforce activities are aligned with the service catalog, op model, and other critical strategic deliverables.
