Contractor in Vista is looking for a detail oriented individual to provide customer service, perform general office duties and assist the estimating department. This is an on-site position.
A positive attitude, good phone skills, great attention to detail and strong customer service skills are a MUST.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Customer service
Filing
Job processing
Proposal drafting and follow up
Other administrative duties to be assigned as needed
Applicants must be computer savvy and have strong written/verbal communication skills.
Office is a casual business environment and work hours (schedule) are flexible.
