Universal Sheet Metal is looking for a Experienced Delivery Driver

This position requires a valid CA drivers license with a clean driving record. No exceptions

Driver will start from the shop located in Spring Valley. Deliveries are all over San Diego County, North County, Imperial Valley, and occasionally in Orange County. Company vehicle and fuel will be provided. This position requires an individual with experience driving and sitting for long periods, as well as experience towing a flatbed trailer, and stake bed truck. Our hours of delivery are from M-F 6am-2:30pm with a 30 min meal period. Overtime as needed. This position is not only limited to driving, occasionally you may be asked to pick up material from distributors and/or move metal and other job materials around the shop.

Duties include but not limited to

Safe handling of materials

Knowledge & use of forklift to load and unload material

Proper technique of lifting and moving heavy objects

Must be able to follow GPS

Starting rate $22 -$25 DOE

50% employee paid medical after 90 days
