Plumber Sub Contract Position Available

Job Title: Licensed Plumber

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a licensed plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing plumbing services in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial and residential properties

- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop solutions to solve them

- Communicate effectively with staff to explain plumbing problems and repair options

- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including time and materials used

- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes and regulations

- Collaborate with team members to ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard

- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

- Must hold a current plumbing license and insurance

- At least 2 years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Physical ability to perform plumbing duties, including lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces

- Can work in Virginia (Manassas, Centreville, Alexandria)
