Are you detail-oriented and customer-focused? We’re looking for an Order Processing/Customer Service Representative to help us build strong relationships with Wholesale Distributors and their Contractor and Installer clients, handle order processing, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Answer calls, process orders in QuickBooks, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Order Management: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely processing and invoicing of orders.
Returns Handling: Manage returns and refunds, ensuring everything is processed correctly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and other teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication: Clear and confident in both writing and speaking.
Attention to Detail: Organized and accurate in handling multiple tasks.
Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
Experience: High school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of related experience.
