Community Employment Job Coach - Asheville

Develop community employment sites and provide on-site training of job responsibilities, duties, and appropriate social skills for adults with disabilities. Maintain on-going communication and positive relationships between employers, program participants and various agencies. Must be flexible in work duties and work hours (will include some nights, weekends and holidays). Regional travel required. Prefer bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience with adults with disabilities. Background and MVR check, driver's license and vehicle required.
