Cleaner (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Position: Cleaner
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Location: Various job sites in NYC (Primarily Manhattan)
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive cleaning services for homes, apartments, office spaces, commercial spaces, rentals, and more according to established standards and guidelines.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring client satisfaction with every job.
Utilize provided cleaning products and techniques to ensure a spotless environment.
Make beds, change linens, and tidy up bedrooms, while dusting and cleaning living areas.
Care for various flooring types using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine.
Assist with organizing items upon client request and adapt cleaning responsibilities based on their preferences.
Communicate clearly with clients to understand and fulfill their cleaning needs.
Exhibit a positive and courteous attitude in all client interactions.
Secure and lock the premises after cleaning.
Comply with safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Legal authorization to work in the US.
Reliable transportation to travel between various job sites using NYC public transportation.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Physical ability to perform tasks, including standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting/moving objects up to 50 lbs.
Functional smartphone with a data plan for communication and scheduling.
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
