NPosition Type ManagementJOB SUMMARYFunctions as the most senior engineer for a complex array of Power Platform Products. An ideal candidate will exhibit strong communications skills, be self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable. This individual will play a critical role in engineering and supporting Technology Workplace Products End User Technology services as a technical resource for all supported Power Platform Products including MS Fabric and its components, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Viva. Overall experience in the development of technical solutions for the workplace leveraging Power Platform products previously mentioned will be critical, as well as developing for solutions in M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot and Copilot Studio in a secure manner for the proper user base. They will contribute to resolving complex issues and providing input for decisions on more complex, non-routine service requests with limited to moderate risk. This role will be called upon to make contributions into research, analysis, design, creation, and implementation of systems to meet current and future user and security requirements. This individual will collaborate on multiple projects to ensure successful completion.Required Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent experience/certification

7+ years’ progressive experience in information technology engineering

5+ years engineering experience with M365 and Microsoft Power Platform components that developed expertise in:

Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting

Power Platform tool administration (e.g. Fabric, Power Apps, SharePoint, Copilot/Copilot Studio)

API integrations and Management

3+ years’ experience in Agile delivery, user-centered design, design thinking, and heuristic analysis

3+ years’ experience in LLMs, SLMs, prompt engineering, and other AI related technologies

3+ years’ experience building workflows and automations for various projects using Power Platform applications

Other Attributes and Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

Strong attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across competing priorities

Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a member of a team and through cross functional initiatives.

Experience in researching emerging technologies and trends, implementation and security standards, and products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Related certifications (Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Copilot Studio, etc.)

Ability to interact with Information Security teams and recommend best practices for security within all Power Platform products.

Strong understanding of emerging tools, software, applications, and systems within the Power Platform ecosystem

Core Work Activities

Leads in the evaluation, investigation, and testing of new technologies with other teams

Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions using the MS Power Platform

Acts as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for Power Platform and services

Contributes technical knowledge in the identification and reporting on emerging cyber threats and risks

Supports analysis of the current environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement within the supported Power Platform Products

Consults with project teams to identify when it is necessary to modify services to accommodate project needs

Actively partners with cyber and compliance leadership to ensure that the Power Platform Products are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Develops and executes delivery plans in close coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve desired timelines and roadmaps

Provides input to the overall architecture, operational governance model for Power Platform Products and their related services

Educates internal and external users on the collaboration technologies to continually improve the knowledge and skill-base of the organization

Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for assigned projects within the Power Platform Products space

Leads Peer Design Reviews and Design Thinking sessions

Participate in security incident response activities, as needed for Power Platform Products

Thinks creatively and practically to develop, execute, and implement new project plans.

Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the quality of operations.

Performs other reasonable duties as required for this position

The salary range for this position is $96,038 to $179,270 annually.
