Description Robert Half is seeking a Campaign Program Manager to join a major global e-commerce enterprise for an 8-month contract. As part of the Global Brand & Fixed Marketing team, this role will manage the execution and day-to-day processes of large advertising campaigns and fixed marketing initiatives for major promotional retail events. The Campaign Program Manager will possess strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure effective campaigns that extend across various channels and countries.Location: Seattle, WA or Santa Monica, CA (remote w/ occasional meetings in office)Duration: 8 monthsPay Rate: $65-70/hourHours: 40 hours/weekResponsibilities:
Independently manage the development and execution of campaigns & programs.
Facilitate alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders, and global partners.
Collaborate with and manage creative teams, both internal partners and third-party agencies.
Manage creative assets' development & delivery across multiple channels.
Collaborate with global partners to share learnings, identify bottlenecks, and support the localization of campaigns.
Co-manage the budget and forecasting for campaigns & programs.
Improve existing processes, implement, and utilize workflow tools.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in integrated consumer marketing brand, campaign, or creative program/project management.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in managing or working within cross-functional marketing teams.
Experienced in integrated, cross-channel deliverables that include Video, Broadcast, POLV/OLV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, and Radio.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail events, on-site planning and development, or brand integrations.
Knowledge or proficiency with Project Management tools and programs.
Global or multi-country localization and/or transcreation experience.
Familiarity with motion graphics and post-production workflows.
Proven ability to work with a diverse team or a diverse range of coworkers.
