Full job description

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to roofing, siding, decks & windows in a residential setting.

-Experience with James Hardie Siding

-Experience with window/door installation

- Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage and train a team as well as motivate others.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excllent communication and interpersonal skills & outgoing personality. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

-Clean driving record

-Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Duties:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

- Coordinate and schedule crews/ subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.

- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

- Collaborate with appropriate individuals to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

Pay: $75,000.00 + per year Based on experience
