Lead Technician- Construction/Restoration Labor

RESUME OR LIST OF WORK HISTORY IS REQUIRED WHEN APPLYING.

Restoration and remodeling company in Clearwater, Florida looking for a highly motivated, self starting, knowledgeable individual.

Eligible candidates must possess:

1. Must have a valid drivers license.

2. Must have a clean driving record.

3. Ability to lift, carry, hold, heavy building materials including sheets of drywall, plywood, cabinets, vanities, and countertops.

4. People skills with the ability to sell.

5. Positive disposition with a team player mindset.

6. Your own tools and vehicle.

7. Ability to follow instructions.

8. Good time management skills.

9. Good communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Ability to install and finish:

-Drywall

-Cabinetry

-Crown molding

-Toe Kick

-Baseboards

-Door casings

-Doors

-Window Trim

Experience, tools, and a reliable vehicle are a must for this position, this is not an entry level position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (To be determined based on skillset)

Weekly Paychecks

Experience Preferred:

Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

Finish Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

License: Driver's License (Required)- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record report.
