SOUS CHEF/ASST KITCHEN MANAGER

In search of a year-round, full time sous chef/asst kitchen manager. Nights only. 5 day work week. 40-50 hrs per week. Willing to train the right person if they are motivated to move up from line cook to first Sous Chef Job.
