Job Duties

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

-Identify and qualify potential clients

-Develop and maintain strong client relationships

-Present product or service offerings effectively

-Negotiate and close deals

-Achieve sales targets and KPIs

-Provide accurate and timely sales reports

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis

Qualifications

-High school diploma/GED

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Understanding of active listening techniques

-Ability to work well under pressure

-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
