CNC Operator/ Apprentice/ Shop Helper

If you are a motivated, punctual and ambitious person then this position is for you! We are Rogue Tactical; a very fast paced and cutting-edge FFL-07 Firearms Manufacturer located off of Carol Canyon by the military base. This position is tailored to someone who is at an entry level and wants to learn advanced machining and programming methods in a range of disciplines including CNC Mills/ Lathes/ EDMs as well as part finishing and gun smithing. I am looking for someone to work with me and learn the skills that I have acquired over a long Aerospace manufacturing career.

We are an FFL so you must be 18 years old to apply as well as be able to pass a basic drug screening and background check. The state of California requires you to have a COE (Certificate of Eligibility) to work with firearms. This is a process that we will take you through after being hired. You will be on a 90-day probationary period while your COE is processed, and your performance will be evaluated at this point. Changes will be made to your compensation structure if applicable.

Compensation: DOE (23hr)

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Duties:

Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on CNC machines

Set up & operate CNC mills

Be open to floating between disciplines as problems arise

Requirements:

Willingness to learn and take notes is a must!

Machining work experience preferred but not required

Basic arithmetic

Be mechanically inclined

Attention to detail

Lift up to 50 pounds

Able to push, pull and stand for an extended period
