Full-Time Export Case Manager

We are a Exporter/Importer and Retail Store for Outdoor Sporting Goods.

At our corporate headquarters and 4,000 sq ft showroom in Midtown, Miami, Florida we are looking for a competent person for Full-Time Employment for an Export Case Manager.

YOU MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED, HAVE PEOPLE SKILLS AND DETAIL ORIENTED.

Duties:

International Point of Contact - Communication with Overseas Clients

Document Preparation and Processing (Quotes, Invoices and Shipping Documents)

Data Entry

Book Keeping and Product Ordering

Document Preparation and Processing

FRIENDLY and OUTGOING PERSONALITY

Requirements:

Ideal candidate is outgoing, disciplined, motivated and independent when given a task.

Windows, Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office proficient

Commute must be within 30 minutes. Hours of operation are 11am-7pm.

Must be fluent in English.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. No FELONS!

Compensation:

Starting pay is $25/hour.
