Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch items on the grill, including eggs, sandwiches, and specialty bagels.

- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area and kitchen.

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory and stock levels.

- Provide excellent customer service, occasionally interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings.
