Are you a brick paver patio installer?

Mission Brick Paving is looking for a Foreman! If you have a valid driver's license, a minimum of 4-5 years of experience (15+ years preferred) in brick paving building patios, walkways & retaining walls, have the ability to set grade with expertise, & build an entire project from start to finish, we want to hear from you! Year round work

Responsibilities:

Build brick paver patios, walkways & retaining walls from start to finish. Experience with fire pits, outdoor kitchens & water features a plus

Lead and manage a crew of 1-2 people to ensure high-quality paving projects.

Meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Utilize your expertise to set grade accurately, cut pavers and use your time efficiently.

Safely operate equipment, including the BobCat MT100, Trucks & Trailers.

Train and mentor crew members to uphold our standards of excellence.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.

Minimum of 4-5 years of paving experience; 7+ years preferred.

Show up on time!

Proficiency in setting grade and operating paving equipment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $30-$50/hr based on experience.
