Experienced breakfast/ lunch line cooks

We are hiring experienced Line Cooks for our morning and afternoon shifts (must have minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience in Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at full service restaurants making plates from scratch. (NOT FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE). All Line cooks are responsible for all of the day to day kitchen requirements including prep, line setup, cook to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, change friers, stock items, and clean up. The ideal candidate has been a scratch made line cook at a coney/ big boy/ diner or similar restaurant for a prolonged period of time in a similar setting, is reliable, responsible, on time, and a team player who is loyal and hard working and capable of building a team around them. This is a full time position at a high volume Dearborn Location on Michigan Ave but we can be flexible with days and hours throughout the week. The restaurant hours of operation are 7am -8pm. This is family ran and old school where the cooks read off handwritten tickets. We can give additional hours to anyone who is serious about working hard and likes long hours. The pay is based on experience and capability but the hours available are extensive. Anyone willing to put in time and capable of hard work can make a good living.
