S. Government program in Huntsville Alabama.ManTech's Department of Justice Division is seeking a strategic leader for the Enterprise Data Analysis Section (EDAS) Services EDAS Portfolio. The role involves acquiring technical expertise to support IT networks, systems, and initiatives. The position is crucial for the success of FBI missions and requires specialized technical expertise in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The SAFe methodology will be used to align Agile teams and deliver capabilities, ensuring effective work prioritization and successful delivery. Experience with SAFe implementation is essential to modernize and enhance capabilities within the EDAS portfolio.As the Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding and facilitating the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles within the SAFe Facilitation Support project. Your role will involve planning, managing work, and upholding values to promote alignment, collaboration, and delivery across a large number of agile teams. Currently, these teams are aligned in two Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The first ART focuses on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query. The second ART aligns teams focused on enabling operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within GMA (Global Monitoring and Analysis). Experience with Atlassian Software products, including JIRA, Confluence, and Service Desk, is desired.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Guide and facilitate the implementation of SAFe principles within the SAFe Facilitation Support project.

Plan and manage work to promote alignment, collaboration, and delivery across multiple agile teams.

Oversee the two Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensure their effective functioning.

Enable operational insight through data discoverability within the first ART.

Enable operational analysis and data triage through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within GMA in the second ART.

Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to SAFe principles and practices.

Utilize Atlassian Software products, including JIRA, Confluence, and Service Desk.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.

8-10 years of experience in a relevant field, or Master's degree with 6-8 years of experience, or PhD with 4-6 years of experience.

Strong expertise in guiding and facilitating the implementation of SAFe principles.

Experience in planning and managing work across multiple agile teams.

Familiarity with Atlassian Software products, including JIRA, Confluence, and Service Desk.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Clearance Requirement:

Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance.
