Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Atlanta, Georgia. The role resides in the industry and involves administrative tasks, relationship management, and project management. The Executive Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the effective organization of the CEO's schedule and company events. Responsibilities: Organize and manage the CEO's schedule, including the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication. Prepare for meetings by arranging agendas, compiling documents, recording minutes, and overseeing follow-up actions. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary preparation. Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations while maintaining electronic and paper filing systems. Execute other administrative tasks and special projects as delegated by the CEO. Plan and manage company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring effective logistics management. Contribute to the planning and execution of projects by providing administrative support, conducting research, and overseeing project accuracy and timeline adherence. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Requirements Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar administrative role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings for scheduling and managing virtual meetings Familiarity with Concur for managing expenses and travel Proficiency in CRM systems for customer relationship management Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time for effective time management Proven skills in Calendar Management Excellent Communication skills for both written and verbal correspondence Experience in organizing and managing Conference Calls Ability to handle and manage Correspondence effectively and professionally Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
