Clinical Applications Specialist Team Lead – Cardiovascular Informatics, Ultrasound WorkstationIn this role you will be assigned a portfolio of projects for which you will be the clinical leader. You will work closely with the clinical consultants assigned to each project in your portfolio. You are responsible for ensuring successful clinical adoption of Philips solutions and/or responding to customer questions or issues related to specific clinical domains or clinical applications.Your role:
Lead team members in managing project deliverables, with responsibility for completion
Participates in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality)
Ensures successful clinical adoption of Philips solutions
Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective, and successful implementation of Philips solutions
Analyzes the customer's existing workflow and facilitate proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensuring adequate testing of the system, and establishing a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer
Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment
Guides the customer in the system testing, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions
Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions
Share Clinical best practices across the organization to create an environment of learning and sharing.
Lead and assist day-to-day activities with the project team
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and closely collaborate with Product Management to define future product enhancements
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare information technology or equivalent combination of related experience and education - experience in radiology or cardiology informatics, or similar domain preferred
You have 5+ years of experience as an RDCS credentialed Sonographer or equivalent registry, 2+ years of experience as an applications specialist supporting customer facing demos and onsite training. Leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of academic and work experience.
Ability to effectively structure problems and design solutions that the customer advocates.
Ability to efficiently coordinate project resources and tasks to create more leverage; enabling team members to focus more on customer deliverables
Ability to communicate simply and persuasively to different customer audiences ranging from individual contributors to organizational leadership verbally and in writing, face to face, and from a distance.
Ability to lead diverse teams and work collaboratively with other functions
Strong knowledge of the following:
Clinical workflows
DICOM and HL7 as it applies to the clinical domain

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
