Club and Spa Attendant

We opened the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa in Fort Worth, Texas and we are hiring our Front Desk Staff, as we build our team. We are open 8am to 8p, 7 days a week. We need applicants that can work at least 20-29 hours per week and are available nights and weekends. Be part of a team and a culture whose purpose is to make lives happier and healthier.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for reception-oriented duties and providing members with the highest quality of customer service to include greeting members, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, taking payment for services, and assisting members with equipment and retail products.

- Adheres to Canyon Ranch service standards providing world-class member/guest service.

- Greets members with a smile, checking members in and arranging member appointments.

- Helps provide members with a beverage while they wait for their service.

- Perform reception desk open/closing duties.

Qualifications for the role include:

- High school diploma

- Prior experience in customer-facing service roles

- Ability to learn processes and operate computer/payment systems

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Must be 18+ yrs of age or over

- Prior experience from Medical or wellness industry is a plus.
