Salesmen to sell/manage deck jobs

We are a residential contractor and we need a new team member.
We've been getting a lot of leads for new decks off of our ads and I cannot manage them all.
When we get a lead, I need you to call them, schedule a time to go look at the job, go look at the job, bid the project, and then if we win the job we need you to sign the contract with them and manage the job (like ordering material, getting the permit, etc).
You need to have experience building decks and you need to be good with customers. Previous experience similar to this position is a big plus. You need to live in/near Madison and have a car/drivers license.
Pay is commission based; 12% of gross sales you generate.
If you know how to build decks too, we are also looking for someone to build them.
Over the next few days I will be talking to everyone that applies, then picking one of you to try out.
