Metal Framers / Skilled Laborers - Open Interviews

Russo Modular is a growing commercial modular manufacturer and steel fabricator. We are seeking full-time Metal Framers, Hangers, and Finishers to help us create industry best product for our customers. We offer top pay, health benefits and a Monday thru Friday work schedule at a single location. You must have your own hand tools and be eligible to work in the US for this position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be part of the team assigned to frame out Commercial Modular Buildings including framing and drywall

Work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities.

Keep work area clean and organized.

Follow all company rules and policies.

Follow all safety rules and quality standards.

Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.

Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Prepare product for shipment.

Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually up to 60 pounds, or by using hoist.

Operate machinery used in the production process.

Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.

Consistently produce usable product that meets the dimensional specifications of the mechanical engineered drawings

Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective way.

Willingness to be a motivated TEAM player.

Must have reliable transportation. Regular attendance is required. Must be on time, all the time!

Ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision while meeting all product quality requirements.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Ability to read blueprints.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.

Must be eligible to work in the United States

You must have your own hand tools.
