Operations Supervisor Needed! (Rancho Dominguez, CA)

We are a third party logistics company looking to hire an operations supervisor that will audit operational flows.

Responsibilities Include:

Audit day to day operations such as inbounds, out bounds, picking, packing, vendor compliance, IT

Plan to improve efforts in picking

Ensure that operations are following established standard operating procedures

Hire,train, coach and motivate employees

Audit all departments within the warehouse

Responsible for the operational performance KPI’s

Desired skills and qualifications:

Prior experience in auditing

Able to train and mentor others

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a management position

Must be Bilingual

1st shift Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm or Friday- Sunday 6am-7pm

Location: Rancho Dominguez

Salary $67,500
