Skilled Construction Worker Desired

WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A HARD-WORKING RELIABLE MULTI-SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKER WITH AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MULTIPLE TRADES OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN HOME REMODELS IS A MUST!

MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AND KNOWLEDGE OF MULTIPLE TRADES ON THE JOB SITE

Skills must include several of the following:

Carpentry

Cabinet Installation

Framing (Rough framing and finish work)

Painting

Drywall (Repair and Install - walls or ceilings. Apply tape and texture to match)

Tile Installation

Flooring Installation (Tile, Hardwood, Laminate)

Installation of Doors and windows

- Hardi Siding Installation

Room Additions

General Repairs, Etc.

MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Must have valid Driver's License and SSN

Must have your own tools

Must have your own truck

Must have a smart phone and access to the internet

Must be responsible and dependable

Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
