Workers Compensation Legal Assistant [FULLY REMOTE]

Solo practitioner in need of bilingual (Spanish/English) workers' compensation legal assistant for a FULLY REMOTE part-time position for 32 hours a week with the following qualifications

At least1-2 years experience in workers compensation law firm setting

Spanish speaking

Handle incoming and outgoing calls

Draft letters, pleadings, PQME letters

Handle client intake

Schedule doctor/PQME appointments
