Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a large home estate. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. This role requires a professional who takes pride in their work and can handle both deep cleaning tasks and daily household maintenance. NEED TO SEND: RESUME REQUIRED. 3 CONTACT REFERRALS REQUIRED.

REQUIREMENTS:

10am-6pm, Monday-Friday

American Citizen

Fluent in English

Able to clean a over 10,000 sqft estate seamlessly by yourself

Must speak/read/write English at least on a high school level.

5+ years of professional luxury housekeeping experience

Must live within a 45-minute drive of Beverly Hills

Strong work ethic, honest, truthful, high level of discretion and Confidentiality

100% reliable and good attitude

Detailed oriented. Highly focused, meticulously organized, and systems-oriented. Takes pride

in fully completing work flawlessly.

Works fast and thrives in a fast-paced and busy work environment where priorities can

change during the day.

Must have reliable transportation

A stable background. (employee will be background checked)

Responsible, reliable, punctual, detailed, organized, able to follow directions and systems, and

professional.

Have 2-3 professional references

Potential to work overtime

Qualifications:

Previous experience in large home/estate housekeeping is required for minimum 5

years.

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards

Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Perform regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and

disinfecting various surfaces.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.

Make beds, change linens, and ensure that rooms are tidy and welcoming.

Restock and organize supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.

Empty trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal methods.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and communicate any needs to the supervisor.

Stay on top of food supplies needed when running low.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of

tasks.

In charge of all outgoing and incoming dry cleaning orders

Upkeep of employers closet organization (hanging and placing in the appropriate places)

and assist employer in packing and unpacking for travel.

Assisting with table settings

Food Prepping

Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel promptly

Experience:

Laundry including Ironing, Steaming, Folding and Mending: 2 years (Required)

Professional Luxury Housekeeping: 3 years (Required)

Broad knowledge of caring for fine fabrics, linens and clothing

Compensation:

$40 an hour
