The firm specializes in public entity and product liability defense, with over 100 years of combined civil defense experience. The ideal candidate must have the following skills/experience:

Experience with lay and expert discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial

Ability to spot issues, prepare detailed reports and distill key information

Excellent communication skills and interested in having direct communication with clients and carriers

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Desire and ability to handle all aspects of civil litigation from initial intake through trial and appeal

Ability to multi-task

Integrity

Works well with others and independently

Strong work ethic

Team player

Must be a member of the State Bar of California
