Groundskeeper, Landscaper, Gardener $28hr

Looking for experienced landscape professional who can use and maintain power equipment. No chemical herbicide application. The property is on the ocean bluff and there are two gardeners who work together as a team to maintain the grounds as well as the pool area and building lobbies. The gardeners use a golf cart, and all the landscaping tools are provided. Occasionally the building maintenance manager, Mike Smith, will need help with dry rot or building painting projects.

The job is full time and employees receive excellent health insurance, vacation and sick pay after probation period. Starting pay is $28 an hour during training probation and raises are linked to level of experience, and ability to maintain and improve grounds without constant supervision. Hours are 7am to 3pm. We want to give you raises for improved performance. Drug testing is mandatory. We are a no drugs and no alcohol work place.
