Ditch Rider Needed At Emmett Irrigation District

Emmett Irrigation District is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill a Ditch Rider position.

During the irrigation season, which is generally April thru mid-October, a company vehicle will be issued to employee.

This position requires the employees to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days-a-week during irrigation season.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED Certificate

Cell Phone provided

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Class A CDL preferred but not mandatory.

Proximity: Must live within 30 minutes of Emmett.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with irrigation

Basic computer skills

Heavy equipment operator experience

Welding Experience

Mechanical Experience
