Cleaner Janitor Part Time 3 Days/Week

We are seeking a dependable individual with a good focus for details to clean the common areas of an apartment building. We would prefer a male as there may be some heavy lifting, about 30 lbs.

Duties would include floor care (vacuum, sweep and mop)

Dusting

Stairwells,

Lobby, entrance, small gym,

Empty recycling, Can be heavy and may require lifting 30lbs.

This job is for 3 days each week. Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Each visit is 4 hours. We are flexible on times of work - We can start as early as 8am and must be finished by 6pm.

The position pay is $19/hour.

In addition we have a site in Lincolnshire that has an open position if you would be interested, but it is not necessary. This job would also be Monday and would also take 3 hours. It is a church and we would need for you to empty garbage, vacuum, refresh the bathrooms and clean counters/table tops.
