Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in the service industry located in South Reno. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity where you will be responsible for managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle the processing of vendor invoices on a daily basis. Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy. Maintain updated vendor files and cultivate vendor relationships for smooth operations. Investigate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is input correctly. Assist in the processing and tracking of intercompany transactions. Execute check run preparation every week and handle check distribution data entry.
