Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist based in Loveland, Colorado. The role necessitates a focus on customer service within the financial services industry, requiring proficiency in CRM, data entry, and various computer programs. The candidate is expected to play a role in coordinating sales and shipping documentation, managing customer inquiries, and providing all-round customer support.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications using relevant computer programs and CRM Maintain customer credit records with a high level of accuracy Proactively resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Assist customers with the understanding of benefit and billing functions Coordinate sales efforts to optimize customer satisfaction Manage shipping documentation to ensure smooth delivery of our services Perform data entry tasks with an attention to detail Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer success or similar role Proficient in CRM software Experience with answering inbound calls Proven ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Knowledge of benefit and billing functions within a customer service setting Ability to coordinate sales efforts and manage shipping documentation Proficient in data entry tasks Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer queries and issues effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
