Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for an Operations Manager to join their client full-time in Columbia, MD. Our client is a top commercial janitorial services company and is experiencing rapid growth. This operations manager will be key in the success and efficiency of the company's franchise advisors. The day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review FranSys tickets with Franchise Advisors for quick resolutions
-Review all data entries for accuracy to ensure the customer is being billed in time and the FO paid on time-Review all new start files and select 2-3 Franchise Owners to visitthe account based on business owed and capability-Write notes prior to a walkthrough to ensure that the FranchiseOwner understands their payment terms prior to signing the form-Conduct regular classes on training the trainer-Training on the management side of the Business (Forecasting, Hiring interviewing etc.)-Training on the Technical side of the Business (Terminal Cleaning, Certification Training etc.)-Scheduling vendors to conduct training classes for Franchise Advisors and Franchise Owners-Conduct BDMs with problem Franchise Owners to grow or exit the system-Conduct classroom and hands on training for new and existing franchise owners-Visit customers with franchise owners for development in special service selling, completing site surveys, completing a special service-Review reports to advise the RD which FOs Janitorial Franchise Agreement will need to be renewed and when.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
