Demonstrating proven knowledge in the following industries: CPG, Wholesale Distribution, Healthcare and/or Retail;

Understanding of TPM applications in the TPM space;

Designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions;

Defining system strategies, requirements, design/prototype, testing and implementing TPM solutions; and,

Demonstrating proven knowledge in software implementation methodology.

Demonstrates in-depth abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

Displaying proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders; and,

Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in multiple industries to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
