Wayne Transports, Inc. is contracting additional Owner-Operators and hiring company drivers to pull tankers.

Areas of operation will include: ND, MN, WI, SD, IA, NE

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

> Steady and respectable average weekly mileage.

> Utilize all legally available logging hours per DOT regulations.

> 14 hour working days are be very typical.

> Drivers typically shut down at home to complete a 34 hour logbook restart each week.

TRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:

> Must pass a stringent safety inspection performed by Wayne Transports, Inc.

> Lightweight Tractor's preferred; 18,500 lbs. or less.

> Sleeper berths are a must.

> Maximum height of 11' 8"

> Must have the ability to connect to Company provided ELD device

COMPANY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

> Current DOT Physical

> Current Class A CDL including Tanker Endorsements. Haz-Mat preferred but not required

> Two years verifiable tractor/trailer experience tanker experience NOT required

> No careless, reckless, or DWI/OWI convictions within past 3 years

> No more than four moving violations within past 36 months

> No more than two moving violations within last 12 months.

> No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or

disabling damage to motor vehicle within past 36 months.

> Minimum of 23 years old

> All drivers are subject to pre-employment, random, and post accident drug/alcohol testing

> Professional attitude

SETTLEMENTS:

> Settlements weekly

> License, insurance, and all permits are available through Wayne Transports, Inc if requested

> Fuel cards are available by request

> Fuel purchasing discount program

> Tire purchasing discount program

> Owner operators are paid 70% of the gross revenue on all loads hauled, plus 100% of all fuel

surcharges billed.
