Follow Allergan Aesthetics on LinkedIn.Job DescriptionSummary:Responsible for the comprehensive end-to-end customer experience strategy, the Educational Experience Manager will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless customer onboarding process, fostering customer engagement with our programs, and enhancing the overall customer experience throughout the program journey. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and communication skills, a background in customer success and onboarding strategies, and a passion for creating positive customer experiences. The Educational Experience Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, AMI Educational Engagement, and work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure overall program excellence.Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end customer experience for the AMI Training Center programs by organizing and leading program initiatives.
Develop and implement a structured customer onboarding process for AMI programs.
Manage ongoing program communications with participating HCPs.
Lead and manage the customer educational journey pre, during, and post-program.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Assist in the development and ongoing integration of a trainee education portal.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Implement measures to address concerns and continuously enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless program integration.
Partner on delivering on-site customer experience strategies and management of customer events.
Oversee vendor relationship management and budget, inclusive of sourcing and managing contracts, handling PO procurement, and AP submissions.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Allergan Aesthetics products and programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required.
5+ years of experience in training and development and/or hospitality is required.
Experience in aesthetics or healthcare industry sales, involving interaction with HCPs is desired.
Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
High level of accountability, reliability, agility, and responsiveness.
Keen eye for detail, and unmatched enthusiasm for hospitality.
High-energy, self-motivated and task-oriented.
Comfortable integrating technology into training initiatives.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Flexibility in work hours and overtime (including weekends) is required.
Additional Requirements:
Role is based in Atlanta, GA.
Ability to travel up to 30% + domestically (including overnight) is required.
Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the individual resides, good driving record.
Responsible for performing all duties in compliance following the appropriate regulations and all other international regulatory requirements with which Allergan Aesthetics complies.
