FLOOR CARE MAINTENANCE TECH - FT Temporary Work

Experienced Floor Care Maintenance Tech - $17 Per Hour

Minimum of 1 years of previous floor care maintenance experience – strongly preferred

Immediate start - Temp to Permanent Position

Stripping, Scrubbing, Waxing, Buffing and Carpet Care.

Candidates must be able to work in different locations in the Northern New Jersey area.

Stripping all types of hard flooring including VCT and terrazzo.

Operate wet-vac and rinse flooring.

Apply floor finish (wax) to stripped flooring.

Buff hard flooring including marble, VCT and terrazzo.

You will set up, operate, and maintain all floor care equipment. Running and maintaining carpet extractors, vacuums and buffers, and other equipment used on jobs and keeping the owner informed of any maintenance issues.

Hooking up equipment and breaking it down when finished.

Tile and grout cleaning scrubbing.

Carpet cleaning and extraction.

Equipment Loading, unloading, and maintenance. Must be able to lift and carry equipment 25- 60 lbs.

Clock in and Clock out must be from the job site via app on your phone
